Requirements
Bostec's site was outdated and user cried confusion over the complicated shopping cart system, not to mentioned its separate paths of entry between work place testing and law enforcement creating much duplicate content. The client was looking for more targeted content and modernize the look.
Solutions
So we stripped out the shopping cart, updated the look to match the existing print collateral, added an online class schedule feature, and created an order form for the supplies that would fire off an email for a quote. Phew! While you may not be able to completely buy your supplies online now, the new system provides a much better user interface and a bit more personal contact.
