Rusty Swaynehead honcho
Rusty is hilarious. I don't think he's intentionally so, but it makes him a pretty easy target for the rest of us. We're not really sure if it's because he spent his formative years in Saudi Arabia and has yet to understand subtle cultural differences or because he tends to get extraordinarily excited and geek out about things the rest of us don't or often only pretend to understand when he's developing. Either way, it makes him extremely good at what he does, not to mention a pleasurable boss to work for.

John Raaschloves being him
John likes to talk about himself in the third person - such as, "Though he wears khakis every day for work, John does not really like wearing khaki pants." We're not exactly sure why he feels the need for this self-imposed dress code, or why he talks about himself in third person, for that matter. As our business developer, marketing manager and co-owner perhaps he just feels the need to set an example. So far he has not seemed to notice it's not working.

Heather Alvisdesign jockey
When asked what her hobbies are, Heather will come back with insane things like running, mountain biking and playing Ultimate Frisbee. Essentially, she makes the rest of us look lazy. With that much energy we're sure glad she's our project manager and communications director. We're pretty sure that she's the only one here capable of keeping this studio on track.

Erica Quessenberryenergetic but subdued
To say that Erica likes color is an understatement. If her landlord would let her, she'd paint her digs orange. Oh, and maybe some red and teal as well. I guess it's a good thing she's one of our designers then. We think this color fascination comes from years of suppressed creativity in the corporate world coupled with adventures in colorful cultures like Latin America and Turkey. But don't worry, she already has pink and orange out of her system.

Kyle Weems
don'tfeed the squirrelAt first glance, Kyle seems rather ordinary. With a background in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and a handful of other web-related languages, he helps us mesh the front and back ends of websites together as our interactive guru - a very ordinary thing to do. But dig a little bit and you'll find there's a very distinct possibility he was bitten as a youth by a strangely hyperactive squirrel later developing regenerative powers and an overwhelming compulsion to stuff delicious objects in his cheeks. But don't worry, he doesn't bite ... often.

Janae Weidmeierabsolutely blank
Janae is passionate about pretty. As a child she used to dress her Barbie dolls up in fashion-wear and elaborately style her My Little Ponies' hair. And while she still has over a hundred of those little plastic ponies in her collection, her pretty radar has turned to more traditional forms of art, color theory and internet bling, which serves us well as she's one of our visual designers. These days, she gussies up herself for Live Action Roleplay and other various adventures in the fantasy world rather than her ponies.
